St. Dominic Church Golden Jubilee Souvenir Release

The Souvenir of St. Dominic Church Golden Jubilee 2021 was released on 10th August 2021 on the feast day of St. Dominic de Guzman. A short programme was held at the premise of the Golden Jubilee memorial building. Present were fr. Dominic Mendonsa, O.P., Fr. Stephen D’Souza, OFM Cap. Director of Assisi Press, Mangalore, Fr. Lancy Rebello, OFM Cap., Dominican Fathers, Mr. Maxim Crasta, Vice President, Mrs. Noreen Pinto, Secretary and Mrs. Deborah Locker, Conveyor, and Editorial board members were present. Mr. Richard Gonsalves invoked the blessings God on the programme. Mrs. Tresa Nunes, Editor in Chief gave a brief history of the Parish, work done by Souvineer committee and the editorial board. She gave a description of the cover page of the Souvenir designed by fr. Francis Akkara, O.P. The Souvenir was released by Rev. Fr. Dominic Mendonsa, O.P. and in his message congratulated the Parish for their achievement. Mrs. Noreen Pinto proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Mr. Benedict Veigas.

We thank Rev.Fr. Aquin Noronha, O.P. and Rev. Fr. Royston Lobo, O.P. for planning, guiding the various Golden Jubilee committees, for their selfless dedication and generous contribution.
