St Dominic Church Ashoknagar UAE Milan, 23/11/2025

The annual get-together of Ashoknagar parishioners living in the UAE was held on Sunday, 23 Nov 25 at Creek Park, Dubai. More than 50 parishioners attended the gathering. Joel Pais conducted the event and the games for the children. The event started with a welcome and prayer by Darryl Pinto. Praveen Ferrao and Shirley Periera made sure all the participants were registered and allotted a team for the group games. Sunil Pinto and Pramod Pinto conducted the group games. Everyone enjoyed the delicious Mangalorean lunch, which included pav, pork bafat, kori roti, veg pulao. A big thank-you to Darryl for organizing the same.

Santa arrived on time with gifts and sweets for all the children, and the children were delighted to see Santa. Benedict Veigas distributed the prizes for the winners. Shirley thanked everyone for the support. A word of thanks to the Parish Priest Rev Fr. Daniel Veigas, for all the support for the event. A big thank-you to Ivan Fernandes and Donald Dlima, prominent businessmen in the UAE, for taking time to attend and support the event.
