Our Lady of Lourdes Kalwai B ward day Celebration

Our Lady of Lourdes Kalwai B ward celebrated their feast day on 16th February 2020 in honour of Our Lady of Lourdes at the house of Mr. Vincent Gonsalves from 6:00pm onwards.

The programme was conducted by Mr. Julian D'Souza and started with a Welcome Song by the children followed by prayer conducted by the members of the ward.

Vice President, Mr. Maxim Crasta, Secretary, Mrs. Nooreen Pinto and Assistant Parish Priest, Fr. Royston Lobo were welcomed by the Gurkar by offering roses. The new representatives of the ward Mrs. Sweety D'cunha and Mr. Alwyn Menezes were also welcomed.

Mr. Richard Gonsalves presented the annual report for the year 2019-2020. Gurkar, Mr. Ronald Colaco presented the accounts of the year 2019-2020.

Fr. Royston, Mr. Maxim and Mrs. Nooreen wished the ward members and gave a message through their respective speeches. They were given a gift as a token of love for visiting the ward for the 1st time after they were elected.

The gathering was entertained with skits, songs, games and music by Alwyn Menezes and his rhythm group.

The programme ended with dinner prepared by the members of the ward.
