Infant Jesus Ward (Shediguri-A) – Ward Day:

Infant Jesus Ward (Shediguri A) celebrated their ward day on Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 7 pm by Dambel river side near the statue of Infant Jesus. Fr. Aquin Noronha the Parish Priest, Fr. Pratik Pereira, the Dominican Community member, Mr. Richard Gonsalves, the vice-president, Mr. Isaac Furtado, the secretary and the Dominican brothers were present as guests along with the ward members.

TThe programme was started by invoking God's blessings through prayer song by ward members. Mrs. Divya Pinto, the ward member welcomed the guests and the ward members for the program. Variety entertainment included dance, songs and skit by children and elders of the ward were organised. Games were conducted by Mr. Rayan and the team. Mr. Gravil Pinto was felicitated for securing good marks in second PU exams.

Fr. Aquin delivered his message and congratulated ward members for their active role in the ward as well as in the Parish and appreciated the talents of children.

It was a wonderful gathering with fun, games and laughter. Vote of thanks was proposed by the ward in-charge Mrs. Sunibha Pinto. At the end of the program all gathering participated in the sumptuous festive dinner after prayer led by Fr. Pratik.
